why are some data labels not showing?

While using Cross Highlighting I've noticed that only some data labels in other visuals are displayed, but not all of them.

Why is that? If the appropriate amount after cross highlighting is small, then the data label won't show?

Thank you.

So those look like stacked bar graphs, correct? Then, yes, your data labels may not display for relatively "small" values. You might try reducing your font size to see if any additional labels show up.

@Greg_Deckler

Below are PrtSc before cross highlighting (with data labels) and after cross highlighting (without data labels). I have noticed that if the amount remaining after the cross highlighting is relatively high, then data labless remain (attached a pic for that too) - does this make sense?

hello

I have the same problem in stacked bars. If we are trying to have Power NBI to be used Corporate wide there must be a functionality available for this... (excel has no problem allowing to move Outside each value... which in Power BI can not let me (only inside)

exe: I have a list of a changing total of sellable materials (1000 to 1500 according to bus unit) classified ABC for sales. if I want to show proportion of top 50 vs total sales weight the % values are not shown as portion on the bar is too small... any solution as of today?
