why MAQ organization chart doesn't work
I have created a simple table as below and map it to MAQ organization chart. It doesn't work. Employee ID is mapped to ID field, Manager Id is mapped to parent id, EE name is mapped to main lable. I can't figure out why the chart doesn't work.
Hi Anonymous
I culdn't get the MAQ Visual to work either. There are other Org Chart visuals and I managed to get your data working with the Hierarchy Chart from Akvelon.

I had troubles too, however when I updated the top person (CEO/President) to have an employee ID of "1" then everything worked. Maybe try updating Donald's ID to "1" and see if that helps.

Works for me as well after updating the Top Most Associate ID to 1

Hello,
We have resolved issue in latest beta build.
You can enable more levels by expanding the children of the parent. Double click on the card to expand /collapse the children.
Currently, Organization Chart by MAQ Software does not persist the state of click. We have added it in backlog.
Let us know if it resolves your issue and revert back in case of any further issues.

I couldn't get this visual to work as well. Must the top person always have id 1 ? In practice the employee id of the top person is unlikely to be 1.

Ya, I think whomever developed this made that a requirement. Maybe I'm wrong though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
