where power bi admin can add visuals

Hi Everyone, in the visualization pane, there is one button "get more visuals". It shows AppSource and My organization, when click My organization, message shows your Power BI admin hasn't added any visuals yet... do you know where Power BI admin can add visuals?

thanks, I checked already. we use on premises power bi, we don't have admin portal, so it's unclear where power bi admin can add visuals into my organization.

You have to create a custom visual first,check below reference :
