where do i even start?

I have lines of claims information for 2 lines of business that will essentially become 5 and have been tasked with creating dashboards for the quality assurance of those lines of business. Basically a breakdown daily of toal amount done, then further broiken down by who did it and if there were errors be able to have it all roll up into a bigger picture for the operations team. Anyone have any great resources, I wuld gladly appreciate it Im under a tight timeline and need to get started
