when drill down in a matrix, can't go to the next level

Hello, 

I have a matrix of 6 categories, in which when I give it "Drill Down" and select a client, it shows me the branches, then it won't let me give it the option "Go to the next level in the hierarchy" they know what to do owe this?

According to your picture, I think you should understand the difference between the three Drill down buttons.
