Thank you. its resolved now.. i deleted all credentials and i took fresh pbix file and i tried connecting sharepoint and its working now.
Hi there, which SharePoint connector are you using?
Am using Get data -> from sharepoint folder
all files of my sharepoint will be listed and then i filtered only .out files.
Ok if that does not work, what you can do is to connect to your SharePoint folder via Windows Explorer.
You can use this example below to configure and get it working
http://icansharepoint.com/get-to-sharepoint-through-windows-file-explorer/
Then once you have got that link you can then remove the "http:" or "https:"
Then change it from forward slashes "/" to backslashes "\"
Source Example: https://SharePoint.domain.com/business/Files
Changed Example: \\SharePoint.com\business\Files
Then you can connect using the Get Data -> Folder and put in the above URL. And you will then be able to view all the files in that folder.
already i mapped the drive like what you mentioned . the thing is why i dont want this option is refresh will not happen automatically if i prefer this way.
Hi there, if you use the On-Premise Gateway you can get it to refresh.
Is your SharePoint On-Premise or in the Office365 cloud?
office 365, cloud
Then I would suggest talking to your IT team so that someone can debug the script error.
Thank you. its resolved now.. i deleted all credentials and i took fresh pbix file and i tried connecting sharepoint and its working now.
