whats wrong with datediff formula?

Hello,    Any ideas why I am getting negative values? Thanks Ross   Time to Approve in Days = DATEDIFF(Starters[Job Req Creation],Starters[Job Req Approved],DAY)

    Going from December to February? Look at your date columns?
