When i select Anonymous , Do it mean that the share point folder FT_SUPPLIER have irosoft PW , it will still allow me access ?

The Annoynmous option simply means it doesn't require a password to access the information. So the Annoynmous credentials for the Sharepoint connector could be used if the Sharepoint site is set to allow annoymous access. If this is not enabled then it would not work.

Anonymous is most often used to connect to public sources like web pages that don't require any authentication.
If you have sensitive data, then you shouldn't ever be able to connect to it using "Anonymous" since that would mean anyone else could connect to it too.
