I don't know if it's just me but it appears this issue has been resolved since the latest update. I havn't encountered it since.

I am experiencing the same issue on my end. However I am able to save the file if I go through the menu saveas feature...If I use the save button icon (Disc icon) on the UI though, I get that same error. Weird issue I havn't been able to get around on my end. Thankfully I can still save though 🙂 Just a little annoying

Hey there!

Since you're using the PBIP (Power BI Project) preview feature, there may be conflicts with saving .pbix files.

Try disabling the PBIP feature and see if you can save the file:

  1. Go to File → Options and settings → Options.
  2. Under Preview features, uncheck Power BI Project (PBIP).
  3. Restart Power BI Desktop and try saving again. If the issue persists, check the Power BI Community Forum or Microsoft Support for updates.
  4. Report the issue using "Dieses Problem melden" (Report this problem) in the error message.

Hope this helps!

😁😁

Sorry for the unspecific call for help here. The problem is not that i am getting an error, the problem is that i am using a program thats giving me that kind of errors. is there a channel for bugreporting?
