web URL action unresponsive

I am trying to add a link to a web URL to a button but the action is unresponsive in desktop or when published. URL is correct, tried multiple and no URL works.

Thanks for the reply from VahidDM , please allow me to provide another insight: 
Hi  @cjpar ,

Can you explain the steps to add url for button and we can help you better .

Here are my steps which are displayed properly in my scenario:

First method:

Click on the button - Format - Action:

Type – Web URL

Web Url - place link url

Second method:

Create the MEASURE:

url = "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-hyperlinks-in-tables?tabs=powerbi-desktop"

Click on the button - Format - Action:

Type – Web URL

Web URL—fx

Result:

Ctrl + left mouse button displays the corresponding link.
