we couldn't import the custom visual

I want to download the Sunburst chart to my desktop but it fails to download and shows the above message. I tried downloading some random charts and still get the above message. So what is my problem.
*Note: I also tried searching and implementing solutions such as downloading the new version but all sources lead me to the old version link and tried downloading the chart from the web but it fails to connect as follows.
Please help me find a solution

Hi, thanks for your reply but it seems like your admin portal interface and mine are very different. I don't know why it is so different. It seems like my account has some restricted rights. Is there any other way to solve this problem?

Please check this document. According to the official description, if you encounter the problem that Power BI desktop cannot import custom visual objects, you need to check whether the group policy of your computer is turned off:

Organizational visuals - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Additionally, you can install Power BI desktop from the App Store.

As per the screenshot you shared, you dont have access to Power BI Admin Portal.
That is the reason it is showing different view or partial item.
Please ask your Admin team or IT team to enable the Custom Visual option in Admin Panel.

If you are facing the same issue for all custom visuals, can you please below if custom visual is blocked in your organization? If you don't have access to the admin portal, please ask to Power BI Admin Team

If disable, please enable below setting
