visualizing running total for non-data value with zero values

In my project, instead of a daily calendar, I created a shift-calendar which starts from 5 am to 5 pm and 5 pm to 5 am. For each shift, I have a row number (shift number: 1 to .... which is number format) and shift name which is a text format and includes shift number and day and date (for example for shift 23 is 023 W 01/12/20). I need to visualize the cumulative and per shift progress for each tool. The problem is that when I use shift numbers on X-axis, I can show all the X values even they are zero. but when I want to use shift name which is text the value with Zero goes away. I need to use shift names based on customer requests so I need to resolve the issue.
Here are the graphs that I have made:
in the below graph, I have used shift name and I don't see the values with Zero progress.
as you see in this graph, I use shift numbers and I can see whole shifts even with Zero values.
How can I create the second graph while I use the shift names on X-axis?

Anonymous Hard to say without sample data posted as text and expected output. But, perhaps something like:

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.Anonymous
Try changing the x-axis to "categorical"
