visual option / measure filter
Hi Dears, I want to create one performance chart where i counted my partners who performe less and more. I have one measure (%) and i want to see how many partner have less than 6.9% performance...

Yes, we can add these baseline info for the current report file but when i start this dashboard we had no this baseline part, it was comming later, and baseline is totally fix data, we have a same baseline every month, so i don't need refresh, but the current file need to refresh every month...

The only scenario where a 1:1 relationship makes sense is when you want to selectively load columns of a table. It is not suitable for your scenario.
