varying tooltip for different measures?

I have 4 measures (A,B,C,D) in a bar chart.   Is it possible to have a tooltip that when I hover over each part it says   "This is measure A" "This is measure B"   etc    
Need Help

I want it to show "This is measure A" and "This is measure B" though, not just "Measure A" and "Measure B" which is default behaviour
