values getting rounded automatically

Hi,

I have a simple CPM measure that divides the 1st column with 2nd column and multiplies it by a 1000.

So the third coulmn in 3rd row should be 6,9999 something and not 7,00 (so no rounding!)

I have tried ROUND to 4 digits and modelling but to no avail - it just corrects the sum (which is good but I need the values in rows unrounded as well)

Thank you

Hello @CNC_reporting,

You can go to Visual > Format Pane (pane that has Paint Brush icon) > Field Formatting:
formattingpane.png

Enter value as '2'or '3' or maybe '5'. It will then show the decimal places.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if this didn't.

Thanks for your swift reply!

Unfortunatelly, it works with the sum only 😕

@CNC_reporting, can you provide sample reporting file to help you further? I didn't understand your last reply.

I have a measure that devides two coulmns but returns rounded results in the table: 7,0000 instead of 6,9999

The only thing that does not get rounded is the sum at the bottom. Sorry for making that unclear

So what do you want rounded values for? It would be better if you could provide the sample file. @CNC_reporting

No! I dont want to round them at all! I want the maximal precision.

So I have a table and a measure that devides Revenue by Impressions and multiplies it by a 1000 - there should be 5,9999 on the second row but it returns 6 instead

@CNC_reporting

The measure 6,000000 is correctly calculated for me with figures in the table, is it possible that the revenue and impressions are rounded, when it should had decimal numbers. Try change the columns and measures to decimals in the option:
