using AND for Chart

Question

&nbsp;All&nbsp;I want my chart to only show users who have used Civil 3D and Revit.&nbsp;&nbsp;So it should not show only purple bars.&nbsp;It should only show the bars which have 1 or more in purple AND 1 or more in blue. (similar to the first bar which has 182 purple and 264 blue)&nbsp;How can I achieve this&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
