user Interactive report

Hi 

I am trying to create a report where the users can input their feedback.

For example

Product List         User Input

A                            I need

B                            Don't need

C                             Not sure

D                           I need

I want to create a list of Inpute and user can select one of them in the report.

Are you planning to capture that user input and save it somewhere?  At the moment Power has very basic data write-back functionality.  Your "best" option at the moment is a PowerApps visual.
