Hi 

I can't connect the sharepoint web page (excel files) to my current or even new reports

I am well connected as user on desktop

I have disinstalled, updaded the software

I have check the TLS parameters...

any other idea about how to solve this one?

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

thanks for this advice but I have the same issue by connecting to my microsoft / sharepoint account

it worked for years without issue and for the last few days... it's slow and impossible to connect

Hello, @DAVID_DART ,
I usually have troubles accessing Excel like this as well, I recommend using Sharepoint native connector, load the sharepoint site and browse for you file like in a folder.
