    Hi lcasey ,

     

    Based on your description, I have built a simple data sample:

     

    Please try:

    Measure = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Case ID]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Month]))

    Here is the final output:
