Hi @pacmen

As the error suggests you have run out of Memory on your system which is causing the application to stop working.

From your errors it appears that you have only got 512MB of memory installed.

As per the recommendations from Microsoft for Power BI they recommend 1GB minimum.

Hi @guavaq

The computer has the minimum features for power bi.

Before, I had installed this program and I had a problem similar to virtual memory. But, I had to reinstall the operating system and Power BI does not work.

Hi @pacmen, from your screenshot it appears that you are running Windows 8.1 Pro 32bit, and due to the error, it would appear that you need to have Power BI 64bit installed.

And due to your Operating System being 32bit you will currently not be able to install Power BI 64bit.

Do you perhaps have another PC, server or VM that is running in 64bit, that you can install Power BI 64bit and see if that resolves your issue?

Hi @pacmen,

Cound you provide some detailed information about this issue?

E.g. Datasource type, connect mode, the amount of records, the version of application(32-bit or 64-bit),...etc

Regards,

Xiaoxin Sheng

The data source is an excel file with 1000 rows per 170 columns, the version of the application is 32 bits. I do not know what more information you need to know. I did not understand what is connect mode.
