undefinedPower BI Connector for Microsoft Advanced CQD - Call quality missing

Hello,

I have come across a problem, with using Power BI Connector for Microsoft Advanced CQD, I have downloaded the CQD-Power-BI-query-templates and followed the documentation that came with them.

I created the following folder structure [Documents]\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors folder

I then placed the MicrosoftCallQuality.pqx into the custom folder

I changed the security options to (Not Recommended ) Allow any extention to load without validation or warning.

I choose get data - Online Services but this is not Microsoft teams Call Quality showing

I choose all and get the same result.  I have followed the same method on another Windows 11 Device.

Other services are showing but not the call quality one.  has anyone come across this or have they fixed it.

thanks in advance

Its not working so i am giving up, mainly because have found a auto attended teamplate that does exactly what I need. sorry for the delay but for some reason I had to registered my account again.  Thanks for the office of assistance, I did run the temaplate directly and it loaded some material or was block and it was asking for refresh on the interface. I found the same question on this forum but there not really resolution.  but I want thank you for your willingness to help.  the call can be closed.

  • Hi, thank you for your response.

What I am trying to do is used Power BI to get data from Microsoft Teams Call Quality Dashboard. I following the informaiton from an officical Microsoft website.  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cqd-power-bi-connector

I have downloaded the Power BI query templates for Microsoft CQD and Power BI Desktop.

The templates were added to the suggested folder as mentioned.

Here’s what I expected to happen:
When I open Power BI Desktop, I go to Get Data, then navigate to the Online Services menu. From there, I should see Microsoft TEams  Call Quality (Beta). If it appeared, I would click Connect.

However, it's not showing up. There are many other templates listed, but this one isn’t appearing. I’ve tried this on two different computers.

      Hi Nauk777,

I think you need to directly open the template file and modify its data source connection to yours, then you can save it as a standalone pbix report.
