Hi @Eng-mohd ,

If you are in Import mode or have entered the data manually, open the Power Query:

Click the gear next to source

Then you can add comment column:

If you mean that you want to manually enter data, that can be done using Enter Data on the Home menu.

If that isn't what you meant, could you please reword your question.

That functionality doesn't exist as far as I know.
