Hello everyone, I have a case, in a table I have the annual target sales budget what I need to create is a function that that budget tells me the cumulative goal that you should find me as an example:

Sales 2,000,000 annual my goal YTD should be 833,333.33 since we are in month 5.

I hope your help please

  • Hi Anonymous ,

    You can create measure like DAX below.

    Cumulative sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[sale]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED(Table1), Table1[Date] <=MAX(Table1[Date])))

    Or

    Cumulative sales = TOTALYTD(SUM(Table1[sale]),'Table1'[Date])

    If I misunderstood it, could you please share your sample data or desired output screenshots for further analysis, you can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

    Best Regards,

    Amy
