Can we use group id while implementing RLS in power bi desktop?

I have set of VP's each VP has 30-40 managers under him,So for set of managers I thought of creating a group and place that group I'd in power bi desktop 

On top of that based on user login I need to create RLS will that work ? 

Please help!

Yes you can working with groups with RLS.
