Hiya All,
If I have a date table created thru' the calendar function in power BI, is it possible to edit/add columns thru' power query. I found that there are some date functions in powerquery (like Date.WeekOfMonth) which are very useful sometimes and those are not available in Dax.
In fact, I cannot see the "Edit Query" tab at all in my desktop - I have seen this tab being used in some of the video lessons.
Can someone help me with this please?
Highly appreciated.

It sounds like you don't have a query in the background, if you've just created a Dax table. I would suggest rather than building a calendar, you use a ready-made query which you can just copy into your project.
I personally use Avi Singh's calendar most of the time, it's discussed here.
You won't be able to edit queries until you have actually imported some data or connected to it, using the Get Data buttons.
I think that could be the issue. Thanks for clarifying
