unable to connect to a postgresql database

I reinstalled a new version of power bi because I because I had the problem of npgsql

Now I try to connect to a simple postgresql database. But it doesn't work.

I still have the following message : " we were unable to authenticate ..." whatever my credentials

What's the matter ? How to solve this issue ?
