Please provide more details:

What's the format of the URL you type?

What credential type do you choose? Organizational account?

Do you have access to the SharePoint Site?

Hi Icey,

My link  format sample  is  : https://Companynameo365.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance_ABC/Lists/CWS/AllItems.aspx

if i am open lik below format display in the Browser if i am connect the Power BI Desktop i am facing error.

Sharepoint and Power BI account user name and Password is same.
