types of visuals to achieve the below

Hi guys,

can anyone assist with any method we can use to achieve the below design?

I have tried to use line charts and small multiples however they can not be resized small enough. 

the hidden columns are text values. 

I can achieve this using multiple visuals however, it is impossible to get the values to align. 
I tried to use a table visual with sparkline but the sparkline does not allow for multiple lines (I need 3 with conditional formatting)

are their any custom visuals I can use or could anyone assist with a solution? perhaps an alternative way to display this type of information?
