turn bar chart into arrow charts

Hi, is there anyway to take a standard bar chart and convert it into a chart that adds arrows to indicate movement,
I've added a screen print here, the first image is what I have and the second one is what I'm hoping to convert to.

Thanks for any help!
Steve

If you write a meaure that can generate your arrrows, it can be used as a detail to your data labels.

Add the measure to the detail section.

The calculation would depend on your model.
