trip sheet poins

Good afternoon.

I'm hoping someone can help. 

I want to create a trip sheet view on a map. I have the Trip Sheet # (multiple), each trip sheets date/time stamp and the longs/lats of each of the delivery points along the way. 

I want to map these on a geomap.

Any help will be appreciated.
