How i can transform measure in columns in power bi ?

Hi rafaelnovi,
If your measure formula is the calculation with specific filters, it is possible to transform it. If your measure contains some dynamic calculate who based on slicer, it is impossible to do this.
Calculated Column/Table Change Dynamically According to Slicer Selection in the Report.
