transform and segregate by year

Any advice to transform the date data (Approved at and Completed at) and segregate it by 3 columns (2021, 2022 and 2023) based on the data year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Instead of adding a year column for each of these date columns, why would you want to segragate them? Adding a year column is pretty&nbsp; simple:
