tool tip - verbiage

Where can I edit text so that I can add text to verbiage that will populate when I hover over the "?".  It used to be in tooltips in previous version and now I can't find it.  Any help is appreciated.

    jcastr02 , Not very clear. If you are not able to search option because of the new format pane.

     

    You can go to file-> Option & settings -> Options -> preview feature and Switch off format pane.

      amitchandak  there used to be feature on Desktop - Visual header tooltip where I could write a text and it would pop up on the visual.  Feature is still there on Web Version, but I can't seem to find it on the desktop version, see example below for web version.  Thank you.
