time series

I want to plot some time series charts, but I only have years - no dates. That's OK I only need years on the x axis. However Power BI seems to think my years are numeric values. How can I deal with this?

You could transform the year number into a date by adding dummy day/month information, but what isn't working with the charts with the years being numeric values that you need to fix?
