time filters - afterhours

hi, im trying to filter data based in time stamps, for after hours, 16:30 and 7:30. 

atfer hours = SWITCH(true(),Main[Start Time]>= TIMEVALUE("04:31 PM") && Main[End Time]<TIMEVALUE("07:30 AM"),1,0) but this statement just returns true for everything

please help

Column = SWITCH(TRUE(), Main[time] > TIMEVALUE("16:30:00 PM") && Main[End Time - Copy] < TIMEVALUE(" 7:30:00 AM"), 1,0)

this also just gives the false
