the visual error icon and the visual warning icon
Hello,
In which circumstances are the visual error icon and the visual warning icon visible when they are set on in the Visual Header property (which is also on).
And what do they look like in consumption mode (app, published)

Hi Anonymous ,
If you turn on the option Visual warning icon and Visual error icon, the related icon appears inside the visual aligned with the title only when the visual has some problem(like cannot show all data in below screenshot). You can find there is one icon "i" display inside visual...
Note: The visibility of toggles do not affect your report when you are authoring or editing the report. You must publish the report and view it in reading mode to see the effect. This behavior ensures that the many options provided in visual headers are important during editing, especially warning icons that alert you to issues while editing.
In addition, you can find more details in the following documentations.

Hi Anonymous ,
It may be caused by a variety of situations when some visual got error icons or warning icon. For example, the error in the below screenshot is caused by a column or measure that was originally applied to this visual be deleted. You can find the error details by clicking "See details", and know what is causing the error...
So could you please provide the related screenshot and error details of visuals with error/warning icons in your scenario if it is convenient ? Then we can make troubleshooting base on your provided information ...

Thanks,
this is an error on the whole visualisation, not an icon in the Visual Header.
