text filter issue

hi guys i just imported a new visual called ( text filter ) i tried to insert a number for filtering but it is not working can you tell me where is the issue?   kindly see the below

    Hi anglefbi11 
    This slicer works only with texts, so if you want to use it for you values, you should change the data type of the column to the text
