text filter if a string of text includes two words

Hey,

Below I have a data set, in that data set there are a number of business tags. I want to know if in the list of all tags it has the tag "Online Outlet". Below you can see one method I tried to return a value of 1 if it does, without success.  I tried another option but it did not work either. Any suggestions?

search as

search("Search Text", [Column],1,0)  >0 , "Outlet"

change data as per need
