table with three column

I have one view with tre column in hade like this, how can i do this.  first picture is how i woud like to have, the other picture is how I managed to do so far. 

Help me please.

      Hi LeaRupnik 

       

      You can add all three fields to the Columns in the visual and use expand all down button to show all columns
