table with single empty measure doesn't display

Hi,

Wish to display a table which shows days to pack a product.  If product unpacked days to pack measure is blank.

However, such rows only show if include another non-blank measure in the table.

Wish to have single measure table which shows such rows have to change summarize option on this to don't summarize but then rows which have a value in days to pack donnot show a value - any thoughts as to why not showing?

It should be a row context in measure, please share a simple sample data and your expected output, that will be a great help for this case.
