table conditional formatting with words

Hi, 

 

I would like to know if it is possible to use the table conditional formatting with words instead numbers,

For example, I would like to have the background in green if the answer is YES and same in red if the answer is NO.

Any ideas?

    Nope, currently this feature not support text values.
