Hi,
i am trying to format my table. rule is simple
1. if less than 1 then downward red arrow
2. if equel to 1 then
3. if bigger than 1 then upward green arrow
however i am not able to do this simple rules
1, I may have nagitive number, but the first rule not let me input the nagitive number
2. I only have simple rule, if i do can input the nagitive number but i WNAT everything just below 1 which means I need to put 'negative infinity' there. could I just only have one part of condition ?
thank you!

@Anonymous
In place of percent choose number
Thank you finally understand the logic. and just add, if wanted nagitive number, we do not need to put -10000 but just leave it blank
