table clone

i have a table that i wanna to clone called table 1

i wanna clone in another table, table 2

then i want to filter the table 1 and i want the modification in table 1 are copied in table 2

so I filter table 1 by the date the same will be for table 2,

but i want that if I filter the table 2, then the table 1 will not be filter

so table 1 modification go to table 2

but not viceversa

how i can do?

In the Query Editor, right click the query and select "Reference".

So, you would copy your query and then setup a 1 way relationship from table 1 to table 2 so that when you filter table 1 it filters table 2 but not vice versa. (you don't want your relationship direction to say "both".

 

Now, if you don't have unique values then you will need a bridge table, but same principal applies. Relationship direction.
