I couldn't find the solution although it seems easy to do....
Here's the Data (simplified) :
I'm using a dropdown like this to select a month (and not a slicer) :
And what I want to do with measure is :
Sum(Quantity) where year = 2023 and type = "Sale" and month between 1 and SELECTEDVALUE(Data[Month])
The Result should be :
Nike | 0 |
Hummel | 500 |

Measure = calculate(Sum(Table[Quantity]), filter(Table, Table[year] = 2023))
if the month slicer is from this table. then it will filter
