sum doesnt work whole number values

Hi guys,

This is my first post so I need help to solve strange problem. I dont understand because when i use Sum it doesnt work propertly.

Medida = SUM('Purchase Ticket'[NumberOfAdults])

However I obteain less "numberofadults, I dont why I dont how but Im losing adults and when I compare for country as example I have got less.

is this how I must use SUM formul to get a right work? I already see lots of post speaking about this but nothing to solve this problem

My first thought is that you might have som Slicers active or Report or Page level filters activ which affects the result from SUM. This is something I usually overlook and I end up with strange results.

Otherwise not sure I understand the problem without example of data. Can you provide this?
