subtract time

Hello,

I have done this in excel using offset but not sure where to start in power bi.

So, for each job req id, I want to put a column in that works  out the number of days, hours and mins between each approval stage.

So, job req id 22441 is probably a better example in the attached. In the Step descpiriton column,Job Requisition Creation is that start of the process. So the first timing would be David minus  Job Requisition Creation and so on.

See attached. Attachment

Thanks

Ross
