storytelling in powerbi

is there a way to do storytelling in power bi like what tableau did?

I am looking at a scroll-able top menu.

can anyone advice or any way to do it?

You can use the custom visual "Timeline Storyteller".

You can also try out "Enlighten Data Story" custom visual based on your requirement.
