storing data from a web API

moltra maybe use ADF (Azure Data Factory) or Power Automate, make an API call, store data on blob storage or insert in SQL Server and then use Power BI to read from the stored data.

v-lionel-msft I don't understand how that solves the problem posted by moltra. Can you explain?

it does not, I tried using a dataflow to connect to the Weather API and then tried to append to a second dataflow that was from a csv file on one drive. It would append the data to the 2nd dataflow, but it would not update the csv with the data, so the data would not be saved.
