i am using premium capacity p1 licence, are there any additional charges apart from $4999 for archived data as shown below in incremental refresh?

Hi @powerbiexpert22 - as you mentioned you are having premium capacity, you have an access to several features that facilitate handling large datasets, including incremental refresh and also you can configure the settings to ensure that data older than 3 years is archived but still available for query.
Premium capacity can handles up to 100 TB of storage. and has ability to manage large datasets up to 400 GB in size (compressed). it covers all the advanced features including incremental refresh as per your query.

Hi @powerbiexpert22 ,
If your data source connection mode is Import mode, then you only need pro license and above to use it, if the connection mode is Direct Query, then you need to use to Premium.

But you mentioned that you have premium capacity p1 license and that prem is enough for the requirement and you can use incremental refresh. There is no cost to you other than the cost of the license.
In addition, because you have a lot of data, it is recommended that you turn on the large dataset mode of the workspace
