stacked column chart data level positive text only

Hello All,
I am creating stacked column chart. I have two columns Attrition and hiring. I have to show Attrition in -y axis, so I have multiplied Attrition with -1 and chart is plotted perfectly but my data label will display negative text.
Is there any solution to display data label text is positive only.

I'm afraid the data label is same with the column value as you input. You can submit your idea here.

Unfortunately, no! 
PowerBI is not excel. But i'm sure this feature will be implemented sooner or later.
